All Cowichan Doula services are covered by the Doulas for Aboriginal Families Grant Program.
This program provides all self-identified Indigenous families with $1,200 in doula services per pregnancy.

PRENATAL CLASSES
Group Prenatal Classes for Fall 2024 @ The Fort in Duncan, BC
Two Days September 30th & October 14th (6-9pm)
One Day October 14th (1:30-4:30pm & 6-9pm)
*Private classes with daytime, evening, and weekend schedules available!
BIRTH DOULA
Continuous labor and birth support at home and in the hospital

POSTPARTUM CARE
Daytime Hourly Support Monday-Friday (8am-4pm)
Overnight Hourly Support Sunday-Thursday (8pm-8am)
