Birth Essentials Care 

Non-Refundable Deposit: $150.00
Due at the first prenatal visit when the contract is signed.
Monthly Payments: $100.00
Due via postdated cheques for the 1st of the month for the first 4 months after the contract is signed.
Total: $550.00

​concerns to us or has been referred to us by their care provider.
