New and Expecting Grandparents' Workshop
Come join other new and expecting grandparents from around the Cowichan Valley as we discuss current feeding and sleeping recommendations for babies, safe car seat use, awareness of postpartum mental health challenges, and how we can all support new families with practical and effective strategies for helping in person and from afar.
Coffee, tea, and light refreshments will be provided.
Cost: $10.00/Family
